Our Independent Fostering Agency requires a Manager. The successful candidate will have a recognised management qualification, be a qualified social worker (CQSW/DipSW or equivalent) and have at least 2 years management experience in day to day operational responsibility of a fostering team.  Committed to the growth of the region, developing the recruitment, assessment, training, support and supervision of staff and foster carers. Candidates must have children & families fostering experience and be willing to demonstrate a high level of professionalism .

Salaries are negotiable with experience, benefits include a company car.
