We now have an urgent requirement for Locum Form F Assessors in the following areas:

  • Worcestershire
  • Bristol
  • Somerset
  • Norfolk

Requirements of Applicants

  • CQSW, DipSW, BA(Hons)SW
  • GSCC Registered
  • Skilled at completing BAAF Form F assessments
  • Experience of working in a multi-agency arena
  • Experience of foster carer assessment
  • A thorough, working knowledge of Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards
  • Proficient in the use of IT
