Independent Locum Form
F Assessor
We are looking for Locum Form F Assessors located
specifically in the Exeter, Taunton and Bristol
areas. The requirements of applicants are as
follows:
- Qualified SW and registered with
GSCC
- Up to date Enhanced CRB
- Proven experience of undertaking
BAAF Form F Assessments
- Thorough working knowledge of
Fostering National Minimum Standards
- IT literate, working knowledge
of Microsoft Office
